There a number of ways that disputes can be determined outside of the Court system. These include negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Fortunately, most matters can avoid litigation.
We are available to negotiate on your behalf and to attend mediation with you regarding any family law issue including property, children and child support.
Once the parties have reached agreement we can assist you in the preparation of an Application for Consent Orders in the Family Court, or a Binding Financial Agreement.
