Our firm, established in 1997, practises exclusively in the field of Family Law, which we interpret widely to include all family relationships, whether by way of marriage, de facto or same sex relationships.

We have three solicitors, two of whom have been accredited by the Queensland Law Society as Family Law specialists for over 10 years. Christine is able to provide the benefit of over 20 years practice in the Family Law jurisdiction. Murray Shaw has recently received his accreditation from the Queensland Law Society and has been in practice for 5 years. Tracey McKenzie has also been in practice for over 5 years.

It is our aim to obtain the best possible result for our clients in such a way so as to achieve an early resolution to disputes, as long as that resolution is fair and reasonable for our clients. We promote negotiation, discussion and mediation in all cases.
